The truth is - in its current format - the only way ColleagueShare could produce money is at the expense of 40,000 job losses, your pensions, higher basic pay, and overall reductions in your standard of living.
What the Union wants is the complete re-negotiation of the Scheme. We want CWU members to receive proper reward in return for agreed change.
